• 2.1 Reservation Process: Customers can reserve wellness and beauty services directly via our website. A confirmation of the reservation will be sent by email to the customer.
• 2.2 Cancellation and Modification: Customers may cancel or modify their reservation up to 24 hours before the appointment without incurring a fee. After this period, [percentage or fixed amount] of the reserved service price may be charged.

3. Sale of Cosmetic Products

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the products. This right does not apply to services that have already been performed.

“Cabinet 17” commits to providing quality services and products. In case of non-conformity or defect of the delivered products, the customer may return them or request a refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these GTCS is subject to the law of Belgium. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
